Requirements of the Maintenance Millwright

• High school diploma or equivalent and valid driver's license
• 2 years training in Welding, Hydraulics, and Pneumatics in a vocational or technical post-secondary program or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years general millwright experience
• Prefer timber industry experience
• Knowledge of computerized maintenance systems
• Must be proficient in all aspects of the maintenance position including but not limited to these six categories:

a)    Safety/ Rigging/ Lubrication

b)    Welding: Gas & Arc

c)     Power Tramsmission/ Gear Boxes

d)    Print Reading/ Construction/ Fabrication
